Ian J. Ouellette, Chief Operating Officer

Ian is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Spoken Word Children’s Therapy. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Organizational Management. In 2021, he joined the SWCT team after retiring from the U.S. Air Force as Superintendent, Office of the Inspector General, JB Charleston.

He is responsible for strategic planning to aid in organizational mission objectives, plans, and procedures. He is also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals while maintaining sound financial practices. Ian sets comprehensive goals for performance, quality and growth, and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision.

He has a passion for leadership development and continuous process improvement as he supports the continued growth of SWCT. Ian is married with four children, and enjoys golfing, fishing, and serving as the Lighthouse Worship Band drummer.
