Ian J. Ouellette is a founding partner of Spoken Word Children’s Therapy, leading with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence. A retired Air Force veteran with a degree in organizational management from the University of Arizona, Ian brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leadership development and continuous process improvement to SWCT. He enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and serving as the drummer for the Lighthouse Worship Band.
